You Ran 15 Miles On Purpose?

Who pressed the fast forward button on winter?  We had a sprinkling of snow the other day, and I know parts of the East Coast are getting ready for the white stuff to fall.  It's not unusual for the kids to wear their winter coats for Trick or Treating, but this is ridiculous!

I went for a bike ride yesterday, the roads were dry, so I thought I should go for it while I still can.  It was a great ride, but Pez is a bit tight today.  I have the heating pad on it right now, to loosen up before today's run. I'm wondering if I should pay one last visit to PT this week, just for good measure.

Have you seen this video?  My friend Norine sent it to me, and it's hysterical, I was laughing out loud.

Crazy Marathon Runners.

I love that video! So spot on.

Yeah, I am not happy about the occasional snow flake mixing in with the rain out there. TOO EARLY!!

hysterical. "just 15 miles" it wasn't his long run... bwaaahahahaha.

I do not know why these things are so funny, but they just kill me.

I've been watching the Weather Channel coverage of the epic East Coast snow storm and thinking about all my bloggy friends (you included) who live out there are in the crucial training time. Be safe, stay warm, and take care.
Yes, one last PT visit for good measure can't hurt.
That was a very funny video! I have forwarded it to my running mentor because I'm "all about the medals" :)

The video is funny. I especially like his "buttons" on his chest.

We had about 6" here on wed, a bit early for us too, but it's all gone now (typical Colorado winters). I so am not ready for winter...but I never am.

I have seen this video....love it!!
