Want to try some Oikos Greek Yogurt?

I acquired a taste for All Things Greek after living in Astoria, Queens for four years....feta, olives, fresh fish and lamb, sauteed dandelion greens, potato with lemon, and yogurt. I'll get to Greece someday, but for now I get my fix by visiting my old stomping grounds when I see my family on Long Island.

If you've never tried greek yogurt, here is your chance thanks to Stonyfield Farms. Their Oikos yogurt is very dense, organic, and fat free (bonus!). My favorite flavor is Honey, but the plain is a great substitute for sour cream.

To enter to win an Oikos tote, 4 free 5.3 oz Oikos coupons, and 1 free 16 oz Oikos coupon, do any or all of the following (please leave me a comment for each):

1. Tell me what you love to cook (or eat!) during the holidays

2. Become a fan of Stonyfield Farm on facebook

3. follow me

Giveaway ends on November 31.....

One of the very best parts about being around family for the holidays is the excuse it gives me to try out new recipes! I usually opt for the indulgent (cakes, cookies, pies, etc.), but also love using the opportunity to trick my family into healthy eating... I love when no one picks up on my healthful substitutions!

I'm already a follower. I love Stoneyfield's greek yogurt. Yum!! I'll have to go hunt it down on facebook. During T-giving, I love to make the traditional turkey, mash potatoes, etc, but at Christmas, I love to make puppy chow (ever heard of it? chex mex, chocolate, peanut butter, powdered sugar?) and pepperment bark!

My favorite food during the holidays is chocolate pudding pie. My mother has made it, reluctantly, every year since my first memory. I say she makes it reluctantly because she always wants to make something different or exotic, and, without fail, my father and I always answer her “what kind of dessert should I make?” with “CHOCOLATE PIE!”

I was already following you, and I love Stoneyfield Farm yogurt!

I have a friend who is Greek who turned my on to Greek yogurt. It is delicious and nutritious. What better combination is there. I had some the other day and topped it with cranberry compote. Sounds gross, right? It was sooooo good!

Over the holidays, I tend to like to bake, so cookies and pies are my favorite. I like lots of warm veggies too!

I'm a pretty basic holidays type of gal. Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes. Oops, don't forget the pecan pie...SITS sent me by, and I'm glad they did!

I've been eating sweet potato casserole like there is no tomorrow. I wonder if I'll be sick of it by the time the holidays are over?
