I can't believe it's another givewaway

Did you spot the tub of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter in the photo of my fridge in my last post? On second thought, you can't see it, but it's in there.

I had a chance to shelve my butter for a few days, and experiment with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. I use butter when I bake, and when I make things like toast, waffles, or grilled cheese. I was curious though, to see if it had a buttery taste, because when you compare the two, ICBINB comes out ahead of butter nutrition wise. It has less fat (8g vs. 11 g), less saturated fat (2g vs. 7g) zero cholesterol (butter has 30 mg), and 460mg of Omega-3's.

It does have a stronger butter flavor, which really came out when I made Rice Krispie Treats, and I don't know if it had anything to do with this, but my chocolate chip cookies came out in perfect circles. We used it to sautee onions and garlic, it melted very easily and we again noticed the buttery flavor.
We melted some ICBINB to have with steamed clams, and weren't big fans, butter was the winner in that case. You do need to keep it in the fridge, but unlike butter, it spreads very easily while cold.

Onto the giveaway. If you'd like to try I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, I have a kit with a coupon for a free tub, a spreader from Crate & Barrel, a little zip drive, and a magazine with recipes. 13. I already use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, but usually only as a spread on bagels and toast and the like. I think I'm going to have to try it with my cookies, especially if it helps them stay pretty and roundiful-looking!
