I hope not too many people will be wearing a camo skirt!

I will be wearing a yellow sleeveless, tank top shirt with the purple old style nike tempo shorts. No hat or visor. Usually I stand at the stop light at the intersection there inthe gray bib area, because my college roommate and her dad start there, then as we get closer to the start time, I move up into the yellow bib area. I think I will have a yellow bib although I am not sure...just assuming based on past years and my times, etc etc.

Hopefully we will see each other!!Jhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01210098462417950977noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1269842279288877030.post-61298978600801113422010-07-07T19:09:42.974-04:002010-07-07T19:09:42.974-04:00Great job on your run. I felt very iron deficient the other day, as I tend to do when my mileage pickes up, so I did have a hamburger loaded with spinach. Didn't feel much different the next day but at least I tried. You're so smart, whatever you end up doing, you'll research and know how to get in the stuff you need to. As another person mentioned, I discovered I wasn't getting enough iron when I first started eating mostly veggies (discovered this when my hair started falling out too fast). I've started taking a multivitamin and that has helped a lot.

As far as eating chicken, the only way I like it is when cooked in the oven. I love my meat, though. With me, it's chicken and burgers (no buns), fish if I'm alone, and steak if we're on holiday and near a steakhouse (last time was last August so those days are few and far between).
Great run.
