This 3.5 mile run was to celebrate Toni's (Running, Loving, Living) Birthday and 1st Blogiversary. I needed to catch up on my Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on the DVR (who else has been watching??? Season finale next week!), so I hopped on the treadmill:
I worked up a good sweat, and tried to take a decent photo of myself, but Frank kept licking my face.
Today I'm going to do another virtual race, this time for Team Gab!
There is still time to register for this one, and raise funds for Pediatric Cancer Research, check it out here!!!!!

Great job getting the virtual races in.
Awesome way to get the miles in!
Excellent run! PS: I've got BHHW's on DVR and can't wait :)
Yay for virtual races!
I've so been addicted to RHOBH. AMAZING season! My hubby doesn't know how I watch it, but it's like a train wreck... you just can't not watch it! Next week should be awesome!
great job
Totally love the Frank pic! Too funny! Way to get your run on.
I love the pics!
OMG! Frank is now huge! When did that happen?
of course I'm totally watching. I'm such a bitch for saying this, but I'm over Taylor and her life. Kim too. At least with the NJ bitches they can usually muster up new drama every few episodes and you can always count on each season to be different. Orange County is coming on soon. As is Bethanny's (all time favorite housewife) show. Bravo does not disappoint.
Love it when motivation reaches into all parts of your life. I'm hoping I can find some of that soon - kind of off to a sluggish start of 2012.
Good luck with the virtual races. Pediatric Cancer Research is a fantastic cause.
Great job! The picture of you and Frank is too cute...he's getting big!
Great job!!!!
The photo with Frank is cracking me up . . .been there and done that with my own dog!
Nice work! Gotta love a good virtual race or two.
Is Frank the personal trainer (or the pacer) who help you during the virtual races?
Great job! Frank is cute!
A couple of comments. 1. Your dog is adorable!!! I love how you're trying to take a picture & he keeps licking your face. 2. Do all virtual races cost money? I've never done one, but I'm intrigued.
