I love it when the Mailbox holds something other than bills

Today the mail carrier brought me my gift from Jill's Blog Gift Exchange!




It came from Tara, which was a pleasant surprise. That girl kills me, her blog was the first running blog I've ever read, hopefully I can make it out to Colorado for a race at some point, then I can meet both Tara AND Jill : )

The headband is a perfect addition to my winter running gear, it even has a spot for my ponytail.  Thanks Tara!!! 

Stay tuned, because I have one final review/giveaway for 2010, and it's a reaaallly good one.  The only hint I'll give is a photo of the box it came in, which Luke turned into a robot helmet.

    That is pretty funny. Impressive separation between the robot eye holes.
    Shame you didn't score an anus plate, coulda been the start of a nice tradition.

    Love the colors in the headband! I can't imagine anything you are giving away is as good as that robot head.

    I love that! It cracks me up that I even spend money on toys sometimes because my kids would SO rather play with the boxes they come in:)

    Trying to see the shipping label - no luck. I love the ponytail spot in the headband; I'm going have to have to keep my eyes peeled for one like it.

    You will come out next summer for the annual girls' weekend away in the mountains and you will laugh so much your stomach will hurt and then we'll plop you on the start line of this oxygen depleted state and we'll al run the half marathon. :)

    Glad your gift arrived safe and sound - I got a sneak peek last week when I was asked to approve :).
