Whenever I do a three thing Thursday list, it always ends up being more. Oh well.
1. did I ever mention that when I chew gum my Long Island accent comes back?
2. this weekend I plan to go out for drinks with my girls, eat pizza at Ralph's, get a mani/pedi at Babi Nails, run on the beach, and hang with my family.
3. and remember those who have died serving our country.
4. and thank you for all the great comments on my sobfest post......

ReplyDeleteA great week end full of "events". Here we don't have a real memorial day, we celebrate the end of the WWII but it was for us a civil war with a bloody end.
ReplyDeleteI am new to your blog...love it! I also grew up on LI...my accent comes back when I hang out with my sister, who now lives in NYC. :)
